The Munchkin Mascots Return and Refund Policy
Overview
At The Munchkin Mascots, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure a hassle-free experience and guarantee your satisfaction with every purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Customers may return products within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Return Process
- Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at orders@munchkinmascots.com
- Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number and detailed instructions on returning your item.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, don't hesitate to contact us at orders@munchkinmascots.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
